Hello, I read your comment at the IEEE publication about NASA’s LCF and you caught my attention because There is and increasing realization that LENR or “cold fusion” are in fact micro ball lightning related. Have you been following Bob Greenyer at The Martin Fleischmann Memorial Project? He is doing a great wrapping up of all phenomena pointing to micro ball lightning as the underlying phenomena and explaining a range of known observations in cold fusion and even in conventional nuclear fusion, and also HHO.

Wow! I was really wrong about it.
I suggested the posibility of making a simple fussion reactor based in the electroball idea in reddit:
The behaviour of this phenomenon sometimes is so weird, like when it moves accros walls, that even plasma seems unable to explain it. May be it is a more exotic state of matter like the Bose-Einstein condensate or a fermionic gas.
